Hello, my name is John Smith, I am a fully qualified Government Approved Driving Instructor (ADI) operating my own independent driving school based in Aston Clinton.

With extensive experience in the corporate sector and a background in volunteering with young people, I transitioned to driver tuition to focus on teaching and coaching—a role I find both rewarding and challenging.

I work with students of all abilities, including those with additional educational needs, striving to make learning to drive accessible for everyone.

My approach emphasises tailoring lessons to each pupil’s requirements, rather than adhering strictly to a fixed lesson plan. Flexibility is key; we may begin a session with one objective and adapt as needed to address emerging learning opportunities.

In recent years, securing a practical driving test has become more challenging. As part of my service, I help pupils and their parents with booking tests promptly after successful completion of the theory test, providing free access to the
Theory Test Pro app for preparation. Please note that practical tests are typically scheduled up to six months in advance on the DVSA website.

I offer intensive and semi-intensive driving courses, as well as individual lessons tailored to your needs, across Aylesbury, Aston Clinton, Wendover, Stoke Mandeville, Bierton, Weston Turville, Whitchurch, Tring, and Cheddington.
